Trade Registry Regulation Article 122
1) Centers for documentation should be given in the registration of branches of commercial enterprises located outside Turkey in Turkey are listed below:
a) Letter from the competent authority showing the documents required by the country of origin of the commercial enterprise’s headquarters in the registration for the business that will open the branch and the documents required for the registration of the branch, and a Turkish translation of this letter by the notaries in the country where the company is located and It is compulsory to be certified in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Consulate or the Abolition of Certification of Foreign Official Documents and to be submitted to the Directorate with a notarized Turkish translation.) (1 original – 2 copies)
b) All documents required for the registration of the branch in the Source Country (1 original – 2 copies)
c) A certified copy of the document containing the current registry records of the head office and a certified copy of the company contract in the companies (This document is certified by the notaries in the country where the company is subject to, and in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Consulate or the Abolition of the Approval of Foreign Official Documents in that country. must be submitted to the Directorate with a certified Turkish translation.) (1 original – 2 copies)

e) in the branch opening decision, including branch courts in Turkey, private organizations, and in the eyes of the public institutions and organizations will be represented as a fully qualified person or persons with the specified authority given to them by the power of attorney in original and one copy Turkish translation for regulation on this subject (this power of attorney, It is compulsory to be certified by the notaries in the country of the company and at the Turkish Consulate in that country or in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement on the Abolition of Certification of Foreign Official Documents and to be submitted to the Directorate with a notarized Turkish translation.) f) Notarized signature declarations under the title of the person or persons representing the branch (1 original – 2 copies). (You must submit the Mersis Request number to the notary public.)
g) If the branch representative is a foreign national; Passport translation (1 original – 2 copies)
ğ) The Residence Permit Certificate, if any, of the foreign representative, shows the notary certified copy (1) and address.
h) For the branches whose opening is subject to the permission or appropriate opinion of the Ministry or other official institutions, this permission or appropriate opinion letter
ı) The Company’s potential Tax Office Imaging Document (1 original – 1 copy)
i) New Registration Request Petition
j) Legal Entity Registration Statement
k) The Company Establishment Petition and Notification Form (1 Original) will be submitted to our Directorate in accordance with SGK legislation. In addition, if the e-insurance contract (1 original) and e-insurance transactions are to be made by the non-employer, either by our Trade Registry Directorate or SSI, the Power of Attorney (1 original or certified copy) will be submitted.
l) 2 photos of the authorities
NOTES
1) The title of the Manavgat Turkey Branch “Central + title + countries where the center is located in Manavgat Central Branch” should be selected. (TCC Article 48/3)

2) If the commercial operation of multiple branches in Turkey Turkey is located outside the center, to be opened after the registration of the first branch to branch will be registered as branches of local commercial enterprises (TCC Article 40/4)
3) Centers for settlement of commercial enterprises located outside the branches in Turkey Turkey is assigned a full-fledged trade representatives in Turkey (TCC Article 40/4)
